Parking lot has two entrances with 142 feet of frontage on state route 286. One story two car garage, 23 x 30, attached to greenhouse and facing parking lot.  Inside paneled with washroom, currently used for storage but can be used for retail space.  Outdoor display area fenced with original antique wrought iron fence.  Entrance and check out area, 33 x 28, connected to greenhouses and trial gardens.  Usually stocked with garden related items and gifts.
